The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring safety compliance, utilizing strong organizational skills, overseeing budgeting, and managing project timelines. As we prepare to launch several new projects — ground-up facilities ranging from 20,000 to 40,000 sq. ft. — we are looking to expand our leadership capacity with an additional Superintendent.QualificationsAbility to work effectively on-siteKnowledge of local building codes and regulationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (not required)A minimum of 15 years of experience in ground-up constructionA proven track record managing large-scale projects from start to finishExperience in automotive dealership construction (preferred not required)Familiarity with pre-engineered metal buildings (a plus)Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
