Project Manager – Geotechnical ConstructionLearn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Location: Odenton, MDAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee geotechnical and ground improvement construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction planning to execution and close-out, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Manage and execute geotechnical construction projects from start to finish.Develop project budgets, schedules, submittals, and work plans.Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.Monitor project progress, financials, and risk management.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Mentor and support project engineers, superintendents, and junior staff.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (PE license a plus).5+ years of project management experience in construction; geotechnical or specialty foundation experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in project management tools, scheduling software, and MS Office.Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.What’s Offered:Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance).Professional development and growth opportunities.A collaborative team environment with challenging and rewarding projects.
