With a competitive salary range of $150K-$175K, the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to the role and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end construction projects with a focus on modular construction, from initial planning through completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate all project team members, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Budget and Cost Control: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources, proactively managing risks and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Compliance and Standards: Ensure projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. Stay updated with best practices and trends in modular construction.Vendor Management: Manage vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts where necessary, and ensure timely delivery of building components and materials.Problem-Solving: Resolve field issues promptly, using innovative and practical solutions to address unexpected challenges.Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.Process Improvements: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in modular construction processes to drive project success and innovation.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
