We strive for a healthy work-life balance.*Responsibilities*The candidate should be able to independently manage own caseload through all phases of litigation. Experience in construction litigation and drafting construction agreements is a plus. Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and motion papers. Strong deposition experience is required. Trial experience is preferred.*Qualifications*JD degree from law school and in good standing with NYS Bar Association. 3-5 years' law firm litigation experience required. Excellent critical thinking, writing, organization and research, including Lexis skills. Exceptional judgment and the proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
