This senior leadership role will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure we deliver custom-engineered equipment on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.This role requies proven experience with capital equipment within pharma or equipment manufacturingWhat You’ll DoLead daily operations across manufacturing, projects, and facilitiesBuild strategic plans, budgets, staffing models, and KPIsDrive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and cGMP standardsOversee cross-functional projects from kickoff through deliveryDevelop and mentor high-performing teams while driving accountabilityQualificationsBachelor’s in engineering, operations, or related field5+ years of leadership in manufacturing or engineering managementStrong knowledge of lean principles, ERP systems, and KPIsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsBonus points for: PMP certification, pharma/life sciences experience, ISO 9001 and cGMP knowledge, or a PE license.Why Join Us At ProMach, your ideas and growth matter.
