Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesIs this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Lead Continuous Improvement: Drive lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and reduce cost/waste.Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze processes using Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and statistical tools to identify and implement improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams on shop floor improvements, including capital expenditure projects.Standardization & Training: Develop standardized, repeatable processes and deliver operator training and certification programs.Financial Analysis: Interpret Profit and Loss statements to uncover opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and revenue enhancement.Performance & Visual Management: Implement visual controls and consistent productivity tracking across production areas.Kaizen & Rapid Improvement: Plan and lead Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops; ensure sustainable follow-up actions.Training & Coaching: Provide formal instruction on lean manufacturing principles and mentor teams in problem-solving, project execution, and performance measurement.Change Management: Support organizational change efforts to drive adoption and long-term success of improvement initiatives.Knowledge Sharing: Identify and share best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Multi-Site Support: Assist with improvement projects and training across multiple sites as needed.Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends and emerging technologies in operational excellence and process improvement.QualificationsExperience:7+ years in a manufacturing environment with a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.3+ years of leadership experience, curating teams.Education:Bachelor's degreeTechnical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), databases, and ERP systems.Legal Eligibility:Must be authorized to work in the United States.Must meet requirements for access to export-controlled materials.
