NaviWell not only brings you inner wellness, but also outer wellness with our advanced body treatments to promote rejuvenation.*Full Job Description & Requirements: *To Be Considered for the Position:* At least 1 year of one-on-one coaching experience (including nutrition, personal training...)* Supported at least 10 individuals in reaching their health goals* Preferred: At least 1 year of sales experience*What you can expect as a Trained Health Coach at NaviWell:*Each patient walking through the clinic door is an opportunity to motivate towards gaining knowledge and learning about services to help them commit to preventative & predictive personal care.You will work one-on-one with our existing and prospective patients to navigate their personal health and wellness journeys.*A Wellness Coach typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:**Duties & Responsibilities** Work with providers and patients to identify and correct desired health issues* Planning and executing treatment programs that combine strength training, flexibility exercises, nutrition plans, healthy analytics, supplements, stress and sleep support, and more.* Educating patients on weekly topics based around their specific diagnosis (i.e. Hypertension, obesity, insulin resistance, etc.)* Perform postural assessments and gait analysis to identify areas of concern* Educate patients on all NaviWell services, devises, and therapies* Be the care coordinator for each location* Develop and progress individualized corrective exercise programs based on patient assessment results* Educate patients on the importance of proper movement mechanics and stretching into their daily routines* Reassess clients periodically to measure program effectiveness and make necessary changes* Keep detailed records of client progress and communicate updates to other members of the healthcare team as needed* Charting each patient's encounter in the appropriate EMR* Maintain a clean and organized workspace* Provide excellent customer service at all times*NaviWell strive to help you grow your career while sharing and building your wellness experiences and efforts. *NaviWell invites you to experience a radiant transformation!
