Student Affairs CoordinatorLocation: On-site:Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Contract Role: 3 plus monthsSalary Range: $22.00 – $25.00/hourAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and empathetic Student Affairs Coordinator to join our academic team and support the holistic development of students. This role is central to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and engaging campus environment. You’ll work closely with students, faculty, and staff to coordinate events, manage student records, and ensure student needs are met both inside and outside the classroom.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and implement student engagement programs and eventsAdvise and support student organizations and leadership initiativesManage student conduct and disciplinary processesOrganize orientation and transition programs for new studentsMaintain and update student records and status changesRespond to student concerns and direct inquiries to appropriate departmentsSupport wellness, diversity, and inclusion initiativesAssist in crisis response and emergency supportProofread and edit correspondence and program materialsPeriodically review and update student affairs proceduresQualificationsBachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred)2+ years of experience in student affairs or higher educationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in event planning and program coordinationAbility to work with diverse student populationsKnowledge of student development theory and best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systemsAbility to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathyBenefit offerings: include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
