With a strong portfolio of single-family homes, townhouses, and multifamily renovations, we offer a collaborative work environment with room to grow.Role Overview:As a Residential Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning through to completion—for multiple residential builds and renovations in the DC metro area. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of residential construction projects (new builds & renovations)Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and timelinesCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendorsOversee site progress and ensure compliance with local codes and safety standardsConduct regular site visits and progress meetingsMaintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and transparencyProactively identify and mitigate project risksRequirements:5+ years of project management experience in residential constructionStrong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and permitting in DCProven track record of delivering residential projects on time and within budgetExceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team culture
