Our team stands firmly behind all our work with an uncompromising level of __*“superior service with integrity.”*_ _We strive to be on time, professional and courteous._*About the Role:*We are currently seeking a Journeyman Level HVAC Service/Install Technician with experience including: HVAC Project work, Market Refrigeration, Chillers, Medium/Large Commercial HVAC/R Equipment, and Self-contained Coolers and Freezers is a plus and highly desired. Service and Maintenance of Boilers of all ages and sizes is also a plus. If you are a Journey Level HVAC/R and/or a Boiler Tech and have experience in one or more of these other areas, we want to talk with you!*Key Responsibilities*:* Install, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, refrigeration, and associated systems* Must have knowledge and experience with systems old and new* Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with multiple types of equipment* Perform emergency repairs as needed* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards* Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics* Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used* Communicate effectively with clients and team members* Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices*Qualifications:** 3+ years’ experience in installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, experience with boilers is a plus.* Ability to pass a drug and background check.* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.* 06A Electrical License (completed hours of experience with ability to test or relevant reciprocal education will be considered).* Universal EPA Certification.* Possess the hand tools required for the work.* Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.* Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.* Demonstrate efficiency in decision making regarding repair vs. replace options.* Advanced customer service and interpersonal communication skills.* Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.* Operate all equipment in safe manner including: manlifts, forklifts, etc.* Work with dispatch to manage the schedule and properly communicate timelines to dispatch and the customer.* Available to work nights and/or weekends on a rotating on-call basis.* Can lift up to 75lbs.* Accurately document all work for purposes of tracking and billing each job.* Ability to self-perform or work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and build customer confidence in the company.* Pre-employment background and drug screen.* Willingness to learn and grow your skills.* Honesty* Integrity* Strong interpersonal skills*Additional Skills (Preferred):** Knowledge and experience in servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems* Familiarity with building automation systems* Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report writing*Work Environment:** Full-time position with occasional overtime and on-call duties* Work in various settings including industrial plants, commercial buildings, and residential properties* May involve working in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions* Exposure to noise, heat, and potentially hazardous materials (with proper safety equipment provided)Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with a resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.Please submit a cover letter, resume, and references to Rob Fritz, General Managerrobf@ Subject line: Journeyman HVAC/R TechJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) 3% Match* 401(k) matching* Company truck* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* OvertimeSupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Overtime payWork Location: In person
