School-Based OT 20252026 School Year

Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person services in Richmond, CA for the 20252026 school year. The OT will work with students in grades K12 to support their educational success through specialized interventions and therapy plans. Key Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student goals. Complete necessary documentation and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines. Qualifications Active California Occupational Therapist license. Previous school-based experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services.
