Full-Time | Full 2025/26 School Year | Onsite Only Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Shandon, CA for the full 2025/26 school year. This role will support a virtual SLP in providing high-quality speech services to students across various grade levels. Key Responsibilities: Assist the supervising SLP with implementing therapy plans Work directly with students to support communication goals Track and document student progress accurately Collaborate with the virtual SLP and onsite staff to ensure continuity of care Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment Qualifications: Active California SLPA license Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working under the supervision of a virtual SLP Ability to commit to the full school year Compensation: Compensation for this position ranges from $40 to $50 per hour.
