Position Highlights: Full-time hours (approx. 37.5 hours/week) Full school year commitment: August 2025 June 2026 Elementary, middle, or high school caseload (based on your preference and experience) Onsite position with potential support for hybrid needs Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language services to students Conduct evaluations, write assessment reports, and participate in IEP meetings Develop and implement IEP goals based on individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP license (or eligible) ASHA CCCs preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required Soliant Benefits: Weekly competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Professional development & support Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs ?
