This exciting opportunity allows you to provide specialized care to patients requiring close monitoring and moderate levels of nursing care while enjoying all the charm and history of Charleston. Job Overview: As a PCU RN, you will care for patients transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to the general care unit. You will be responsible for monitoring patients vitals, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care during your 3x12-hour night shifts in beautiful Charleston. Key Responsibilities: Monitor patients requiring close attention in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Administer medications, treatments, and care per physician orders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with care protocols. Requirements: Active RN license in South Carolina (or compact license). At least 1 year of recent PCU or telemetry experience. BLS/ACLS certifications.
