We strive to create a collaborative and creative environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute to our processes, decisions, planning, and culture.*As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have:** High School Diploma or GED with solid experience operating industrial machinery safely and following protocols.* Familiarity with PLC HMI operation, mobile equipment, and basic electrical systems, including solenoids, relays, motors, and switches.* Ability to work independently or collaboratively, including operating at heights and performing physically demanding tasks.* Forklift operation capability, with willingness to obtain certification, and experience with mechanical, welding, or automation skills is a plus.* Solid written and oral communication skills, with a commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.*Your specific responsibilities as a Production Operator* *will include: ** Operate and monitor industrial machinery, including conveyors, shredders, heat treatment ovens, electrical systems, burners, and pneumatics.* Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and light repairs, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment as needed.* Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment, following all Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.* Manage spare parts inventory and maintain accurate records of maintenance and operational activities.* Act as the first line of defense for safety, promptly identifying and addressing hazards or equipment issues.*Take The Next Step In Your Career And Apply Today!*If you're ready to join a company that values your skills and contributions, we want to hear from you!
