As the Director of HR you are the crucial point of contact for our senior leaders and employee population. You will assist in bringing strategic and tactical expertise to our client groups. Work with leaders to complete skill gap analyses in order to ensure we have the talent needed to achieve our goals.• Ensure compliance with employment laws & regulations.• Deliver high quality, proactive HR consultation via robust analysis which can be used to drivedecision making & support growth strategic business goals.
