All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.As the Senior Construction Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind a growing department, leading talented teams, building strong client partnerships, and making sure every project exceeds expectations.This is not just another management role, it is your chance to make a visible impact, mentor future leaders, and take ownership of exciting, fast-paced commercial projects.What You will Do:Lead with purpose: Oversee departmental managers and technicians to ensure projects run smoothly, profitably, and on time.Be the expert: Conduct job walks, prepare quotes, and build strong client relationships.Own the details: Manage scheduling, quality control, correspondence, invoicing, and compliance.Inspire teams: Mentor managers, forepersons, and skilled tradespeople shaping the next generation of construction leaders.Drive results: Oversee everything from fieldwork to billing, keeping projects moving forward without a hitch.Stay hands-on: Respond to construction emergencies, collaborate with contractors, and ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met.What You Bring10+ years in construction management, with at least 8 years in retail grocery/restaurant construction.Working knowledge of HACCP.5+ years leading skilled trade technicians, plus experience training apprentices.Strong blueprint reading and critical thinking skills.A self-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork.Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background/drug screenings.Bi-lingual a PLUS!
