Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Shipside Operations Specialist to support F-15 Manufacturing Integration in Berkeley, MO. This is an opportunity to join a highly skilled team, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, that works together to meet our customers' needs with quality, speed, and efficiency. As a member of this team, you will continuously develop and manage the structure to enable the pace and performance of the Line Side Control Center teams.Position Responsibilities:Assists with activities across F-15 program to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operationsConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaProvides limited feedback on assessment resultsSupports the teammates in implementation of strategies and plansMakes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and conceptsDevelops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexityRefers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidanceReviews products for sound judgment and overall adequacy and accuracyContributes to the completion of organizational projects and goalsRepresents the organization on specific projectsUses technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organizationAnalyzes and interprets dataFacilitates ongoing coordination and tracking of open itemsProvide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammatesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
