We are seeking experienced Per Diem Retail Pharmacy Technicians to join a retail pharmacy team in the greater Sacramento, CA area. Candidates must be dependable, adaptable, and able to provide support in a high-volume environment. Position Details: Location: Sacramento, CA (with coverage in nearby sites, including Lodi/Stockton if needed) Type: Per Diem Start: ASAP Schedule: Days, evenings, and weekends (flexible availability required) Mileage reimbursement available for travel over 30 miles to a site Initial training provided Responsibilities: Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Process prescription data entry, print labels, and assist with dispensing Support filling and verification workflows under pharmacist supervision Manage cash register transactions accurately Assist with inventory management, restocking, and takebacks Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: Active California Pharmacy Technician License (required) Minimum of 12 years of recent high-volume retail pharmacy experience (required) Strong teamwork and communication skills (required) PTCB Certification (preferred) Apply now or reach out for further inquiry:Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants.
