This is a full-time, school-based position, working with PreK-12th grade students across multiple school sites in the district. Position Details: Location: Davis, CA Start Date: 2024-2025 School Year Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday Friday Caseload: 25 students, PreK-12th grade Travel: Multiple school sites within the district Job Type: Contract, school-based Responsibilities: Evaluate students to identify physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' motor skills and physical function. Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' physical development and educational goals. Maintain accurate records and progress reports in line with district guidelines.
