You'll serve a diverse caseload of 40-45 students in grades 9-12, focusing on transition planning, independent living skills, and academic achievement tailored to individual learning goals. Schedule: 35 hours per week Student Population: High School (grades 9-12) Caseload Size: 40-45 students Specialization Areas: Transition services, vocational training, academic support, and social-emotional learning Position Highlights Your expertise will guide students through critical transition periods as they prepare for post-secondary education or workforce entry. You'll design and deliver engaging virtual lessons that address both academic standards and functional life skills, ensuring students develop the independence needed for future success. Collaboration is central to this role, as you'll work closely with vocational counselors, job coaches, and community partners to create comprehensive transition plans. Regular communication with families helps maintain consistency between home and school expectations. Data-driven instruction forms the foundation of your teaching approach, with ongoing assessment informing curriculum modifications and intervention strategies. You'll utilize various assistive technologies to ensure all students can access learning materials effectively.
