Master's degree in Occupational Therapyor a related field. School experience is preferred but not required. Skills & Abilities: Assess and support students motor, sensory, and self-help skills impacting school participation Develop and implement IEP goals and interventions in collaboration with educational teams Adapt materials and environments to promote access, independence, and academic success Document progress and ensure compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and district procedures Provide staff training and consultation on strategies for student motor and sensory needs
