Retail Pharmacist in the Midwest (Direct Hire!)

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Pharmacistfor a small, independent retail pharmacy owned by a hospital system in Ainsworth, NE. Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM ( hour lunch: 1:00 PM 1:30 PM) No evenings or weekends Responsibilities: Oversee all pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Accurately verify, dispense, and counsel patients on prescriptions Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Provide patient-centered care and foster strong community relationships Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks Requirements: Active Nebraska Pharmacist License (or willingness to obtain via reciprocity/transfer; client is willing to wait for license approval/pending status) Must meet all state qualifications to serve as a Pharmacist Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on duty Benefits: Direct Hire / Permanent Position $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Student Loan Repayment Options Continuing Education Stipend: up to $3,000/year & 40 hours Retirement match (4% to 8%, depending on longevity) Vacation, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Life Insurance Long & Short-Term Disability Relocation Assistance Available (temporary housing may be arranged) This is an exciting opportunity to join a community-driven pharmacy with growth on the horizon, including a brand-new location in development.
