Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students with autism and intellectual disabilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students social, emotional, and behavioral development. Utilize teletherapy when appropriate, with a preference for onsite services during the school year. Monitor and document student progress in compliance with school and regulatory standards.Preferred Qualifications: SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant credentials. Experience working in pediatric healthcare, school-based settings, or with teletherapy. Strong background in AAC and behavioral interventions preferred. Familiarity with serving students with autism and intellectual disabilities. Classroom or therapeutic day school experience highly valued.
