A position is available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting. Assist in evaluating student needs and developing individualized treatment plans to support functional performance in the school setting. Implement therapeutic interventions that promote fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills. Document progress and communicate effectively with parents, educators, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to school policies, confidentiality guidelines, and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery. Qualifications: Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience in both healthcare and school-based occupational therapy settings preferred. Knowledge of K-12 educational environments and child development. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
