Seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students within school settings in Lawrence, MA. This opportunity offers three full-time contract positions for the current school year, with assignments running from November through June 2026. Two of these roles are full school year positions, while the third is designated as leave coverage.Ready to apply Before you do, make sure to read all the details pertaining to this job in the description below.Key Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies.Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis.Provide ongoing training and support to school staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.Document and maintain compliance with regulatory and district standards.Qualifications:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively.Location: Lawrence, MA (positions based within local schools serving K-12 students).Responsibilities include direct student intervention, consultation with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to school policies throughout the contract duration.This contract opportunity offers professional growth within a dynamic educational environment focused on supporting student success through behavioral expertise.Interested candidates with BCBA certification are encouraged to apply promptly to be considered for these full-time positions available November 2025 through June 2026.Compensation for this position ranges from $45.42 to $65.42.
