Safety Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and crew. This dynamic position offers a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with Safety Managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.Conduct thorough inspections of vessels and private islands to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain accurate maintenance schedules, leveraging data from ship surveys to inform decision-making.Define and implement operational protocols for riding teams under the direction of Safety Managers.Organize and schedule repair and planned maintenance work for critical safety-related equipment.Plan and execute special projects, collaborating with stakeholders to advance technical operating practices.Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and safety.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine technical documentation, assembly plans, and in-port manning programs.Participate in technical discussions, negotiations, and meetings to ensure alignment on key operational initiatives.Support the New Build Team in reviewing technical documentation and implementing best practices.Contribute to the development of procedures and risk analysis for safe operations with alternative fuels.
