If you possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for inspiring teams, we encourage you to apply.As a key member of our management team, your primary responsibilities will include:Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, food safety standards, and relevant laws.Ensuring brand consistency, recipes, and systems are executed correctly and consistently across all locations.Cultivating a customer-centric culture within the restaurant and promoting a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing restaurant staff.Providing coaching and guidance to team members to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.Analyzing guest feedback results and implementing effective action plans to address any issues.Leading new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling initiatives.Monitoring and controlling costs to maximize profitability.Completing regular inventory and financial reporting tasks.Scheduling employees to meet guest demand and service standards.Coordinating vendor orders and managing relationships with external partners.Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback for growth and development.Communicating restaurant goals, priorities, and results to team members.In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:A competitive base salary ranging from $46K to $56K per year.A monthly bonus structure that rewards outstanding performance and meets regular metric objectives.A range of benefits, including health insurance, 401k matching, short- and long-term disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, paid time off, and paid training opportunities.The chance to advance into leadership roles and take on greater challenges as your career progresses.A supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and professional growth.Requirements:Prior experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management.An inspiring and motivating personality that drives teams to achieve excellence.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors.
