Position Overview We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Bremerton, WA. This onsite-only position serves K12 students and supports a range of needs. Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Deliver occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels. Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized plans to support fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skill development. Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress tracking. Qualifications Active Washington OT license. Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Previous school-based experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compensation Compensation for this position ranges from $50 to $65 per hour.
