Contract Position | 2025-2026 School Year Company: Soliant Education Soliant Education is seeking threededicated Special Education Teachers for onsite roles in the Terrell,TX area. These are full-time positions for the 2025-2026 school year with weekly pay and full benefits. We are actively reviewing qualified candidates for anASAPstart through May 22, 2026. Position Details: 1. Life Skills Elementary Special EducationTeachers (2 Openings) Grade Level: Elementary (K-5) Setting: Life Skills Classroom Classroom Details: 12 students, 2 paraprofessionals Curriculum: Unique Learning System (ULS) provided Team: Partner teacher model, support from district SPED Instructional Coach and Behavior Specialist Responsibilities: Implement individualized instruction based on IEPs Submit 4 IEP progress reports per year Prepare for annual ARDs including PLAAFPs, goals, accommodations, and instructional schedules Collaborate with related service providers Participate in CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training provided by the district 2. PASS (Behavior Support) Teacher Grade Level: Elementary Student Population: Approx. 15-20 behavior support students in General Education Setting: Primarily inclusion-based; not self-contained Support: One paraprofessional, access to "Why Try" curriculum for Social Skills instruction Responsibilities: Provide behavioral and instructional support to students in general education settings Deliver targeted social skills interventions as needed Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and behavior support staff Job Requirements: Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field Previous experience in Life Skills or Behavior Support settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Must pass background check and onboarding process with district Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $37.22 - $47.62 per hour Hours: 40 hours/week Contract Dates: ASAP May 22, 2026 Benefits: Weekly Pay Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Apply Now Interested candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
