This opportunity is ideal for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed professional seeking a school-based role within a dynamic K-12 environment. The assignment runs from August 18 through June 1, aligning with the academic year schedule. The position is a contract role located in Huntingdon, PA, serving students ages 6 to 21 across five buildings, including three elementary schools (K-6), one junior high (7-9), and one senior high school (10-12).All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Key Responsibilities:Provide applied behavior analysis services to students within the age range of 6-21.Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans.Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) strategies.Monitor and adjust caseloads and interventions based on student progress and needs.Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform instruction and behavior supports.Qualifications:BCBA certification or LBS licensure is required.Experience in school settings supporting K-12 students preferred.Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks and behavior intervention techniques.Ability to manage fluctuating caseloads effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Work Schedule and Setting:Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.Service delivery occurs across five buildings with a diverse student population.This role offers a unique chance to impact student outcomes within a structured school schedule while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
