We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full-time services at a school system in Tuscola, ILfor the 20252026 school year. The district will also consider experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) candidates. This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, providing services to students in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Provide speech and language services to students in accordance with IEP goals. Conduct evaluations and assessments (SLP only). Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student communication needs. Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with state and district policies. Requirements for SLP (per Illinois guidelines): Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Current Illinois license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA oreven CFY candidates will be considered with appropriate supervision. Active PEL Licensure is required for SLPs Requirements for SLPA (per Illinois guidelines): Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting, Communication Disorders, or a related field. Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license issued Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred. Must be comfortable working under the direct supervision of a licensed SLP-CCC.
