We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide inpatient hospital coverage in Logan, OH. This is a part-time contract role with the possibility of travel assistance for non-local candidates. Position Details: Location: Logan, OH (inpatient hospital setting) Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays (Sept. 10 Nov. 21, 2025) 7:30am6:00pm or 7:30am4:00pm (1624 hours/week) Weekend Coverage: Rotated Saturdays (8am4:30pm) + on-call rotations On-Call: Friday 6pm8am Saturday Saturday 4:30pm7:30am Monday Orientation/Training: 23 days on site + required Epic training modules prior to start Dress Code: Gray scrubs or business casual (lab coat optional) Travel: Non-taxable travel stipends for lodging, meals, and incidentals available for non-local candidates Responsibilities: Verify and review provider-entered medication orders in Epic Manage antibiotic dosing, renal adjustments, and therapeutic drug monitoring (e.g., vancomycin, warfarin) Review IV preparations and cart fills for accuracy Confirm medication reconciliations Serve as a clinical resource for medication-related questions Oversee pharmacy technicians (techs handle Pyxis filling and issues) Requirements: Active Ohio Pharmacist License (in good standing) Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required Epic experience required (will provide training if needed) Strong clinical knowledge in antimicrobial stewardship and anticoagulation management Ability to participate in weekend rotation and on-call responsibilities Technology & Systems: Order Entry: Epic Automated Dispensing: Pyxis Apply now or reach out for further inquiry:Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.
