Pediatric Speech Therapist in Inez, KY

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school environment serving students primarily in grades K-8, with some high school students requiring support with AAC devices. This contract role starts ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours.Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Key Responsibilities:Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy to K-8 students and select high school students using AAC devices.Implement individualized treatment plans to address student communication needs.Conduct Medicaid billing accurately and timely as part of service documentation.Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.Maintain compliance with school policies and therapeutic standards.Qualifications and Experience:Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, clinical fellowship year (CFY), and school settings.Familiarity with Medicaid billing procedures.Ability to work effectively with diverse age groups, particularly K-8 students.Strong communication and organizational skills.Location:Inez, KY.This role offers the opportunity to support students communication development within a structured school setting.
