Committed to delivering top-tier services and prioritizing client safety and satisfaction, we are in search of a dynamic, skilled, and experienced technician to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.If you're passionate about delivering unparalleled service, adept at resolving technical issues, and adept at leading teams to success, we want to hear from you!Objectives of this roleLearn the ins and outs of our equipment to provide professional service in the field.Become an expert in identifying and diagnosing equipment problems.resolve to repair or replace malfunctioning equipment at the customer's site.Responsible for customer satisfaction and their trust in the functioning of the system.responsibilityInstall equipment at the customer's site and instruct customers in the proper operation of the system.Work with remote support service representatives to understand equipment issues before arriving on site.Travel to sites to diagnose problems and repair or replace equipment as needed.Provide regularly scheduled preventive maintenance for Multidisciplinary equipment.Follow company procedures and safety policies.abilitiesAbility to install mechanical/electrical equipment, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.Excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for solving technical problems.Ability to cooperate with others and work well in a team.Communication skills with customers.QualificationsMobility capability.At least three years of experience in a similar role.Availability to work shifts including evenings and weekends.Company DescriptionUtron is a leading provider of both semi-automated and fully automated parking solutions.
