Teamwork and culture are key to our success, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join us as we continue to innovate, educate, and drive creative ways forward!What You'll Do:The Automation Engineering Technician will trouble shoot, assemble, repair, and maintain robotic cells as required to support shop production for the machining and assembly floor.Maintain and troubleshoot automated systems, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic (Fanuc), vision (Cognex/Keyence), PLCs, and HMI programs.Assemble mechanical components using blueprints, sketches, and models; fit and align parts into assemblies and mechanisms.Develop and improve robotic and vision system programs, adjusting lighting, cameras, and end-of-arm tooling for optimal performance.Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering to resolve production issues and enhance equipment uptime.Implement lean manufacturing and preventative maintenance strategies to improve tooling processes and system reliability.What You'll Need:Associate degree or equivalent technical training, plus hands-on experience.Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with engineering technologies.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.A team player with a commitment to quality and reliability.Why You'll Love Working Here:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth, learning and collaboration.A supportive and inclusive work environment.The chance to work with cutting-edge automation technology.Be part of a company with a rich history and a bright future.Ready to Take the Next Step?If you're ready to join a company that values your skills and is shaping the future of manufacturing, apply today!Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Hours are 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Monday- FridayAndis is an equal opportunity employer.
