Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPreform repairs, maintenance and calibrations of specialized medical grade exercise equipment both in house and in the field, travel required.Testing and preparing equipment orders for shipping to customer sites.Assist in the installation and testing of audio/video equipment for monitoring of subjects during diagnostic medical testing.Assist in the installation and testing of P.C. based diagnostic monitoring systems.Site visits to install equipment in hospitals and clinics.site visits for pre-installation inspection to verify correct preparations before installation.Provide technical support to clients via telephone or internet connectivity.Work with manufacturer based technical support in keeping our service department up to date and consistent with manufacturer best practice guidelines.Expect to travel domestically and internationally on occasion requiring overnight stays.Requirements:Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Associates degree or equivalent in electronic technology and/or biomedical. Understanding of WINDOWS OS and basic networking protocols a plus!Minimum two years of field service experience preferred.A valid drivers license with a good driving record ( no DUI's) and the ability to maintain a current passport is required.Background check and drug tests will be required.A highly professional demeaner, the ability to think on your feet and a positive "can do" attitude is a must!Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and performance.
