Experienced Foreclosure Attorney

The ideal candidate _*must have a minimum of 2 years foreclosure experience*_. This is a hybrid position with an exciting opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to contribute their knowledge and skills to our law firm.* Practice is concentrated in foreclosure, litigation;* Handling of foreclosure files including file review, legal research, drafting pleadings and representing clients in court re: settlement conferences, motions, status hearings, etc.* Title experience is a plus*Responsibilities** Conduct thorough legal research using tools to support case preparation and strategy development.* Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and other necessary paperwork with precision and attention to detail.* Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.* Represent clients in litigation proceedings before courts or administrative agencies as needed.* Maintain accurate records of case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.* Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.*Experience** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.* Admission to the state bar association is mandatory for practice.* Proven experience in foreclosure, litigation, and title experience is a plus.* Strong writing skills with experience in legal drafting is essential.* Previous experience in a legal administrative role is a plus.
