They will also ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently. Additionally, they will create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant and recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members.The General Manager will coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction. They will review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement. They will also execute new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling, as well as control costs to help maximize profitability.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the General Manager must have previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality. They must possess an inspiring and motivating personality, strong analytical skills, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to train and develop a team.BenefitsWe offer competitive compensation, including a base pay of $46K to $56K per year. Certified Managers can earn up to an additional $500 per month hitting regular metric objectives. We also offer a monthly bonus for meeting specific goals and a year-end bonus for top performers.
