This HVAC Service Technician role requires mechanical knowledge and experience working in manufacturing facilities, where you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring optimal performance.*HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Residential equipment and machinery.* Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and manage inventory. We use Pazerware to run our software* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.* Conduct technical sales presentations to promote services and solutions to clients.* Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers, voltmeters, and other electrical components.* Collaborate with team members to fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working in various manufacturing environments.*HVAC Service Technician Skills** Proficient in using CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting.* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.* Experience in field service operations within an industrial setting.* Knowledge of logic controllers and the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems using voltmeters.* Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment maintenance and repair.* Ability to fabricate components as required for specific repair tasks.* Familiarity with manufacturing facility operations and safety protocols.* Familiarity with R454b and R32 refrigerants.Join our team as a HVAC Service Technician, where your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
