The Packaging Technician is primarily responsible for the packaging and screening of activated carbon products. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)With the guidance of the Warehouse & Shipping Manager and with the assistance of the Team, the Packaging Technician is responsible for the packaging of finished product and by-products in accordance with established manufacturing procedures on all production lines and in all areasPaperwork associated with packing productUnderstanding and maintaining a dust-free environment by assuring all dust abatement equipment is in place and working correctlyResponsible for working with Maintenance to minimize packaging area product and dust leaks, as well as maintaining a safe workplace QualificationsA high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.0-2 years of manufacturing experience is requiredPrevious supervisor experience is preferred About Calgon CarbonAt Calgon Carbon, we are scientific innovators with a proud legacy of over 80 years and more than 205 patents to our name.
