This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup style office backed by the resources, reputation, and success of a nationally recognized firm.*Key Responsibilities ** Take full ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial or resolution* Skillfully conduct and defend depositions (including expert witnesses) as part of a targeted litigation strategy* Represent clients in court, confidently handling hearings, motions, and trials* Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in alignment with case strategy* Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and filings* Communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and the court in a clear and professional manner*Qualifications ** Licensed to practice in Arizona* 6-10 years of proven litigation experience in Arizona personal injury law, including trial work* Demonstrated ability to independently manage and litigate PI cases through verdict* Strong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom skills* Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities* Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working in a startup office environment with minimal oversight* Strong client-relations skills and a results-driven approach*Compensation: $150,000.00-$170,000.00 *West Coast Trial Lawyers offers health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a health savings account (HSA), a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.Job Type: Full-timePay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceApplication Question(s):* Are you currently licensed to practice law in Arizona?* What is your desired base salary range?* How many years of personal injury litigation experience do you have in Arizona?* Do you have experience independently managing a full PI caseload from intake through trial/resolution?* This position is for a startup office in Phoenix.
