Your journey toward a fulfilling legal career starts here at Reuter Corbett LLP.Our Trusts and Estates Department is seeking a Trust and Estate Litigation Associate with two to five years of experience. This Associate will primarily work in a practice that concentrates on Trust and Estate litigation with a focus on contested guardianships and conservatorships, will contests, trust disputes and breaches of fiduciary duty. Additionally, this position includes approximately 10-20% drafting estate plans. This Associate will gain experience working directly with clients and representing them in court proceedings as well as developing litigation tactics and negotiation strategies for the dynamic and fast-paced practice area of probate litigation.
