This Associate will primarily work in a practice that concentrates on Trust and Estate litigation with a focus on contested guardianships and conservatorships, will contests, trust disputes and breaches of fiduciary duty. Additionally, this position includes approximately 10-20% drafting estate plans. This Associate will gain experience working directly with clients and representing them in court proceedings as well as developing litigation tactics and negotiation strategies for the dynamic and fast-paced practice area of probate litigation.
