This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work in San Diego while handling complex labor and employment defense matters. The firm values collaboration, professional growth, and work-life balance.Responsibilities:Represent employers in labor and employment defense litigation, including wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and related claims.Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings.Provide counsel to clients on compliance, workplace policies, and risk management.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active California Bar license in good standing.Minimum 2 years of labor & employment litigation experience (defense preferred).Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually.
