Using advanced software and tools, you’ll process orders, inspect materials, and maintain production flow. If you’re detail-oriented, quality-driven, and enjoy working hands-on, this role is for you!*Key Responsibilities:** Process orders using tracking software, scanners, and measurement tools.* Inspect materials for cosmetic defects to ensure top-quality standards.* Operate and maintain cutting, milling, drilling, tapping, and de-burring machines.* Handle extrusions up to 40 lbs. individually and over 40 lbs. with team assistance.* Ensure consistent quality control throughout the production process.* Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance workflow.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.*Qualifications:**Required:** High School Diploma or GED.* Strong math skills (including metric-to-fractional conversions).* Positive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to work independently.* Effective communication skills for reporting issues and improvements.* Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout shifts (10 hours).*Preferred:** Experience in a fast-paced production environment.* Familiarity with metal and plastic cutting equipment.* Basic computer skills.*Why Work With Us?*At 80/20, we value hard work, teamwork, and getting the job done right.
