Lead HVAC Commercial Building Mechanic

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.A total facilities maintenance company that has been in business since 1982 is seeking a Full Time candidate to join our team in Omaha, NE.$45.30 per hour plus:$7.27 per hour Health and Welfare$6.50 per hour Pension*Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)** Will have knowledge of all heating, ventilation and air conditioning / refrigeration systems, BAS* Will have knowledge and experience of chilled water systems, Air Handlers and VAV Boxes* Will be knowledgeable in all areas of building maintenance and operations* Will complete Maintenance Service Requests, special projects, ensure preventive maintenance documentation and work is completed* Service and operate environmental-control systems* Make daily operational tours of all related equipment* Must be knowledgeable in building maintenance and repair of architectural and structural items.*QUALIFICATIONS*Must have a t least three (3) years of experience obtained within the past five (5) years in a trade or occupation in maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings.*JOB REQUIREMENTS** Must be knowledgeable with air handlers and chilled water systems* Must be self-motivated individual that can work unsupervised* Must have a valid driver's license* Must pass security background check*PHYSICAL DEMANDS*The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
