Litigation Attorney

The Buckeye Law Group is actively seeking motivated and passionate *Personal Injury* *Litigation Attorneys* to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care and achieve outstanding results.If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.*Responsibilities:** Medical case review. * Negotiating and settling cases in litigation stages. * Review policies, claims and other records. * Communicate with clients to provide case status update. * Manage docket of cases according to office policy. * Conduct and attend IME's, EUO's and recorded statements. * Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. * Additional duties as assigned by management. *Qualifications:** Have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.* Strong negotiation, communication and writing skills. * Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; strong interpersonal skills * Ability to effectively communicate through both verbal and written electronic correspondence. * Demonstrate an ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations. *Licensure: ** Must be currently licensed in the state of Ohio and in good standing. *Benefits:** Quarterly Bonuses* Paid time off and paid personal time * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. * Company paid Long Term Disability and Life Insurance. * Supplemental insurance (Short Term Disability, Voluntary Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, and Accident). * 401k * Free parking provided by company*In office position, no hybrid or remote options available.*_The Buckeye Law Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
