Associate Attorney

*Responsibilities:*Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.* Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis* Assist with drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs* Assist with case management and preparation for litigation* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and others involved in the legal process* Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, especially Spanish-speaking clients* Perform legal administrative tasks as needed*Required Experience:** *Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school** *Spanish speaking** *Admitted to practice law in California** Excellent legal research and writing abilities* Proficient in using legal research databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis* Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clientsThis position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
