Ford Certified Diesel Technician

*Malloy Ford Alexandria is looking for a Ford Certified Technician *to join our growing service team! We have tons of work in a huge air conditioned shop. Flexible Schedule and a signing bonus to the perfect candidate.If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.*Responsibilities include but not limited to:** Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership* Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment* Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including diesel engine, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning ,fuel systems ,etc.* Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs* Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications* Use of heavy duty equipment dailyThe right candidate will have at least 2 years experience. MUST BE FORD CERTIFIED. Hard working and responsible.
