This role will work with analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, and unit test solutions based on the functional and technical specifications to meet quality and performance requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for the selected candidate to be part of our JDE E1 technical team.Your Responsibilities on the TeamDemonstrate effective working relationships with key stakeholdersUse your advanced skills to solve technical problemsProvides technical guidance and support to colleaguesHands on JDE E1 development workWork with analysts, architects and project managers to develop technical design documentsCompetently performs advanced IT tasks with minimal supervisionHas ability to work under pressure, maintains composure and professionalism in a software engineering development environmentMust be flexible and manage multiple-changing priorities/tasksRequirements:Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of direct experience with at least 3 of the following tools, technologies, and concepts:REST, SOAP, Oauth 2.0JSON, XML, XLSTPython, Groovy, SQL, SSISPostman, SOAPUI, JDeveloper, SQL Studio, Visual Studio, Git (GitLab, GitHub)Oracle Cloud, Azure, AWS, DockerEDI / X12, Cleo, SPS Commerce, GentranTechnical Skills:Experience with JD Edwards E1 9.1, 9.2Experience with Oracle JD Edwards E1 tools: RDA, FDA, BDA, and TDAExperience with JDE Orchestrator, UX One, BSFN and BI PublisherConfident and comfortable creating UDOs (E1 Pages, OneView, Watchlists, etc.)Capable of creating advanced queries using SQL, DML, and DDL for data analysis, user requests, and KPIsAdvanced knowledge DevOps / SDLC methods including release strategyKnowledgeable in DB schema designExperience with and an understanding of interface architectural principles and best practices to include resilience, recovery, and persistence schemes.Demonstrates deep understanding of multiple technologies, business strategies and objectivesCompetently performs advanced IT tasks with minimal supervisionUnderstands all aspects of development including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing future state solutions, development of objects related to process scope and supporting testing and post implementation supportAbility to adapt to new technical innovations and business processesExposure to at least three of the following or similar tools:JD Edwards OrchestratorOracle Integration CloudIBM App Connect ProSAG web MethodsMuleSoftAdditional Skills:Establishes and maintains effective working relationships, supporting company leadership and teamProven ability to embrace changeInfluences trust in others and works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational valuesSensitive and responsive to internal and external needs.Maintains a positive attitude, willing to seek solutionsImproves business productivity by proposing innovative and creative solutionsPromoting a supportive and collaborative teamwork environmentBehaves as a role model for proper behavior related to diversityFosters a culture that values critical thinking and problem solvingPhysical Requirements:This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
